• Own — your models, your data: open-weight models on-premise or in a private EU cloud, fine-tuned on your data and owned by you, with internal assistants, knowledge bases and agents built on top. External models only by deliberate choice.

Frequently asked questions

What does "AI-native" actually mean?

A company where AI is part of how everyone works — not a pilot project or a single chatbot. Your people know how to use, steer and build with AI, and the systems they use run on infrastructure you control.

Can we really run AI models on our own infrastructure?

Yes. Today's open-weight models are strong enough for most business work. We run them on your own hardware or in a private EU cloud environment, and fine-tune them on your data where that adds value.

Do we still use ChatGPT, Claude or other external models?

Only where you choose to. Our default is your own models; external models are used deliberately, for specific tasks, with clear rules about what data may go where.

Who is the training for? Do our people need technical skills?

Everyone. We train non-technical teams to work with AI in their daily work, and technical teams to build with coding agents. Internal AI champions get deeper training so the knowledge stays in-house.

How do you roll out Claude Code or Codex safely in an enterprise?

With policies, access controls and — where possible — your own models behind them. We set up the governance first, then train every team to use the agents productively.

How long does it take to become AI-native?

The first results come within weeks; becoming fully AI-native is a journey of months. We work in clear phases — assess, build, train, own — so you see progress at every step.
